I sing and play piano in an engaging, interactive, fun performance of popular music from the 40’s & 50’s ( or whatever age group I’m with). I sprinkle in childhood favorites, hymns, military service songs, and patriotic favorites. My goal is to get them singing, smiling, and wishing we could sing more at the end of our hour together. I taught middle school band and choir for 30 years and bring that spirit with me when I entertain folks in their living room. 
I can gear my programs to the season. My friend and I have a fun Octoberfest program. We wear our dirndls, sing diets, and you provide the pretzels and beverage for a true German experience.
I also play marimba and have played for Caribbean dinners and programs. (Any occasion).
In addition, I have an interactive Handbell program where I lead the residents in playing colored handbells as I lead them with coordinating cards. Repertoire ranges from Hymns to Happy Birthday and Elvis to Brahms
